Trees project for the Disney's project, World of Colors
Here are the first sketches of trees that I created for the project World of Color. We had to create a world both magical and quite clean for the arrival of Pocahontas.
Steven Davidson, the artistic director, wanted the atmosphere of the artist Eyvind Earle's tables, but also the world of Pocahontas.
At first, I drew with a Zen style, but always with little details of lightness and fancy, like whirling leaves, or branches of trees that seem dancing in the wind.
